\nEN |<\/strong> Hey lovelies! So happy that you stopped by at my blog. Before I continue with my fashion week posts (so excited to show you all my outfits!) I have one last post from London for you. As you all already know I was in London in June with one of my best friends. So today I want to share some pictures and experiences in a ‚London Travel Diary‘ with you.
\nBut before I start telling you what we did in London I want to give you some tips. If you also just stay a few days in London I highly recommend to buy a 1 Day Travel ticket for the underground and bus everyday (it’s around 12 Pound). I also recommend you to use the busses as often as possible. It’s a great way to see a lot of the city and also to come to your destination.
\nOur flight was early on a Friday morning from Bremen to London Stansted Airport. The first thing we did in London was driving to Covent Garden with the bus (so beautiful there!) and ate Burgers hat Shake Shack. They were good but definitely not the best I’ve eaten. Afterwards we did some touristic stuff like going to the Buckingham Palace. After the check in at the hostel we finally could change clothes and drove to Notting Hill. It’s so cute and we also shoot an outfit there, which you’ve already seen here<\/a>. We ended the day with a walk through Kensington Garden and the Hyde Park. And I could definitely recommend that as well.
\nThe second day started with a typical English Breakfast and some little Cupcakes from Lola’s (go and grab some cupcakes there, so delicious!!!). The day was also packed with a lot of touristic stuff like Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Piccadilly Circus and a little bit of shopping at Topshop.
\nOur last day started with a walk to the Tower Bridge which was the location for my last look from London, that you’ve also already seen here<\/a>. Then we went to Harrods and afterwards to the Wembley Arena and the Outlet there. I have to say that I’m not the biggest Outlet fan and this one was also not one where I would say that you find amazing clothes. My highlight of the day was definitely the Camden Food Market. Most delicious food I ate in London, so if you’re in London definitely go there and grab some food. Afterwards we went shopping at the Carnaby Street and had a really stressful night. Our flight was early in the morning and there is no way to get from London to the Stansted Airport\u00a0at nighttime. So we had to take the last bus at midnight to the airport and stayed there all night. If you also drive with the Stansted Express (busses) make sure to find the bus stop early! It’s not as easy as it sounds.
\nAll in all was the trip amazing and I’m even more in love with London than I was before. Have you also been to London and what was your favorite place there? My favorite places were definitely the Camden Food Market, Notting Hill and all the lovely parks.
\nTwo things we really wanted to do ,but have not time for, were drinking a tea at ‚The Shard‘ and visiting the SkyGarden. We were told that you have an amazing view over the city from both of them. I hope to have time to visit\u00a0both the next time I’m in town. Because I’m definitely planning to come back to London soon. And not wait six years like the last time. DE |<\/strong> Hallo ihr Lieben! Ich freue mich das ihr auf meinem Blog vorbei geschaut habt. Bevor es hier mit den ganzen Fashion Week Posts weiter geht (ich freue mich schon so euch die restlichen Outfits zu zeigen!), habe ich noch einen letzten Beitrag aus London f\u00fcr euch. Wie ihr bereits alle wisst war ich im Juni mit einer meiner besten Freundinnen in London. Deshalb m\u00f6chte ich heute ein paar Erfahrungen und Bilder in Form eines „London Travel Diary“ mit euch teilen.
\nBevor ich mit erz\u00e4hlen anfange habe ich noch ein paar kleine Tipps bez\u00fcglich London f\u00fcr euch. Wenn ihr genauso wie wir nur ein paar Tage in London bleibt kann ich euch wirklich empfehlen 1-Tages Reisetickets f\u00fcr die U-Bahn und den Bus zu kaufen. Die Tickets kosten um die 12 Pfund und es ist deutlich billiger als f\u00fcr jede Fahrt einzeln zu zahlen. Au\u00dferdem kann ich euch empfehlen immer zu versuchen den Bus anstatt die U-Bahn zu nehmen. Mit dem Bus seht ihr eine Menge von London und kommt auch an euer Ziel. Wir haben uns teilweise einfach in einen Bus reingesetzt und sind durch London gefahren um m\u00f6glichst viel von der Stadt zu sehen.
\nUnser Flug ging Freitag fr\u00fch von Bremen zum London Stansted Flughafen. Das erste was wir in London gemacht haben war\u00a0zum Covent Garden (wirklich sehr sch\u00f6n dort!) zu fahren und bei Shake Shake Burger \u00a0zu essen. Die Burger waren ganz gut, aber definitiv nicht die Besten, die ich jemals gegessen habe. Anschlie\u00dfend haben wir ein bisschen Touristenzeug abgearbeitet, unteranderem sind wir zum Buckingham Palace spaziert. Als wir dann zur\u00fcck zum Hostel sind konnten wir endlich einchecken und uns umziehen. Frisch umgezogen sind wir abends dann noch nach Notting Hill gefahren.\u00a0Es ist wirklich so s\u00fc\u00df dort und wir haben genau deshalb auch mein erstes Outfit f\u00fcr London dort geshooted, welches ihr bereits hier<\/a> sehen konntet. Den Abend haben wir dann noch mit einem Spaziergang durch den Kensington Garden und den Hyde Park verbracht. Und das kann ich euch ebenfalls nur sehr empfehlen!
\nDer zweite Tag hat f\u00fcr uns mit einem typisch ‚Englischen Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck‘ und ein paar Mini-Cupcakes von Lola’s begonnen. Die Cupcakes waren so lecker, also holt euch unbedingt welche, falls ihr mal in London seid. Der Tag war au\u00dferdem wieder sehr vollgepackt mit Touristenattraktionen wie Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Piccadilly Circus und einem kleinen Shopping-Trip zu Topshop.
\nUnser letzter\u00a0Tag hat mit einem Spaziergang zur Tower Bridge begonnen. Mein Highlight des Tages war definitiv der ‚Camden Food Market‘! Das Essen dort war mit Abstand das Beste, das ich in London gegessen habe. Also wenn ihr in London seid, geht dort unbedingt etwas essen! Anschlie\u00dfend sind wir noch ein wenig shoppen zur Carnaby Street gefahren und hatten eine sehr stressige Nacht. Unser R\u00fcckflug war wieder sehr fr\u00fch am Morgen und es gibt leider keine M\u00f6glichkeit in der Nacht von London zum Stansted Flughafen zu kommen. Deshalb mussten wir den letzten Bus gegen Mitternacht zur\u00fcck zum Flughafen nehmen und dort die\u00a0Nacht verbringen. Wenn ihr auch mit dem Stansted Express (Bus) fahrt, sucht rechtzeitig die Haltestelle. Es ist leider nicht so leicht wie man denkt.
\nAlles in allem war der Kurztrip nach London wirklich sehr sch\u00f6n und ich habe mich sogar noch ein wenig mehr in London verliebt als ich es sowieso schon war. Wart ihr auch schonmal in London und wenn ja welcher Ort hat euch dort am besten gefallen? Meine Lieblingsorte waren der ‚Camden Food Market‘, Notting Hill und eigentlich all die vielen Parks.
\nZwei Dinge die wir eigentlich auch noch in London machen wollten, waren ein Tee im ‚The Shard“ trinken und den SkyGarden besuchen. Leider hat uns f\u00fcr beides die Zeit gefehlt. Aber uns wurde gesagt, dass man von beiden Orten einen wundersch\u00f6nen Blick \u00fcber die Stadt hat.
