10 Trends for Fall/ Winter 2015

Hey lovelies! Today I want to talk with you about the upcoming fall/ winter trends. I personally think that the 70s trend of this spring and summer season will continue into fall and winter. Flare jeans, suede coats and skirts are still a big thing if you ask me. But there are many more „new“ trends to come for this upcoming season. Actually it can be said that the colors are typically darker than for spring and summer in general. But here we go with the 10 trends you should try out this upcoming season:

1. Wide-Leg Pants: The material isn’t the important part here, cause it can be worn as flare Jeans or Culottes. Personally I’m definitely no fan of flare jeans and prefer the wide-leg trousers.The trend does not even just come in every pattern option but also in so many color choices.

2. Trend Color Orange:Orange was nearly everywhere on the Runways. Orange head to toe or just as accessories like shoes or a bag.

3. 70s patterns:We’re still not over with the 70s trend and you can’t believe how happy I’m about it! This fall/ winter season the typical 70s patterns play an important role.

4. Eighties After a spring and summer with a 70s revival the 80s are also waiting for us for fall and winter. Especially the 80’s punk girl is back.

5. Pantsuit Suit up everyone! Oversized Business suits are totally en vogue. They are also really menswear inspired. Especially long-line blazers are totally in this fall/ winter season. The color trend here goes to an all grey look, but there are also million other color options. It’s also seen on the Runways that the blazer is also often combined with a more casual outfit and not with the fitting pants.

6. All Black Actually a trend that’s coming back every season. The most important part about the all black look is the mixing of different patterns to make the outfit interesting.

7. Show your Waist: The focus is on the waist this season. With small or big belts the waist is the focus of the whole look and make it also more feminine. This silhouette is also created with high waist pieces, which not only makes a beautiful silhouette but also long legs.

8. Fur: Especially just a touch of fur (hopefully fake fur) on your outfit. For example as a hat if it’s really cold in winter or just as a piece of your coat.

9. Leo Print:This trend is really there in every season, one print that never goes out of style. This year isn’t just the classic leo print in beige-brown trend, also some colorful versions are totally en vogue.

10. The Floor Duster and Midi-Length Coat: There are definitely two big coat trends this fall. First the Floor Duster Coat and second the midi-length coat.
