3 Ways to Wear…

…a grey long coat for F/W

EN | Hey Lovelies and happy Friday! I can’t believe that my last „3 Ways to Wear“ article is over half a year ago. I personally love seeing how to style a certain piece in different ways. That was also the reason why I created this ‚column‘. I definitely want to make this a monthly thing and I would love to hear if this is something you would love to read about more often. In this monthly column I want to show you three different ways of how to style a grey long coat for fall and winter season. So here we go:

DE | Hallo ihr Lieben! Ich kann es kaum glauben das mein letzter „3 Ways to Wear“ Artikel schon über ein halbes Jahr her ist. Ich persönlich liebe es unterschiedliche Art und Weisen zu sehen wie man ein bestimmtes Kleidungsstück stylen kann. Dies war außerdem der Grund dafür, wieso ich diese kleine Kolumne hier auf dem Blog gestartet habe. Ich bin am überlegen wieder öfter solche Posts hochzuladen und dies vielleicht sogar immer regelmäßig einmal im Monat zu tun. Was haltet ihr von der Idee? Heute möchte ich euch drei verschiedenen Art und Weisen zeigen, wie man einen grauen für die Herbst und Winter Saison stylen kann. Also los gehts:   

EN | The first outfit with the grey coat is definitely a casual version and a good everyday option. For the casual look I combined the coat with a simple black jeans and a crop top with a little turtleneck. You can also wear this outfit with some edgy boots to give the look a cooler vibe. If you combine this look with sneakers you give the whole outfit a sporty touch which is also quite nice for a everyday basic.

DE | Das erste Outfit mit dem grauen Mantel ist die lässigste Version der drei Looks und ein guter Alltagslook. Für diesen casual Look habe ich den Mantel mit einer schwarzen Jeans und einem Crop Top mit einem kleinen Rollkragen kombiniert. Ihr könnt das Outfit ebenfalls mit edgy Boots kombinieren um dem Look einen cooleren Vibe zu geben. Oder ihr könnt diesen Look mit Sneaker kombinieren um dem Outfit einen sportlichen Touch zu verleihen.   

EN | The second look is a more chic and elegant way to style a long grey coat. For this outfit is decided to combine the coat with a midi skirt and a blouse. A chic skirt and a blouse is always an amazing way to make an outfit or a simple piece more elegant! Also the skirt is a little eye-catcher because of it’s print. To keep it elegant you should combine such a statement piece with simple clothes like in this outfit with a black blouse and the grey coat. I can also imagine wearing this outfit with simple black heels and a clutch. The boots definitely give the outfit a bit of an edgy touch.

DE | Der zweite Look ist eine schickere und elegantere Art und Weise einen grauen Mantel zu stylen. Für dieses Outfit habe ich den Mantel mit einem Midirock und einer Bluse kombiniert. Generell ist eine schicke Blouse und ein eleganter Rock immer eine tolle Art ein Outfit oder ein simples Kleidungsstück eleganter wirken zu lassen! Der Rock den ich für dieses Outfit gewählt habe ist ebenfalls ein kleiner Eye-catcher wegen seinem Print. Um den Look dennoch dezent und elegant zu halten, habe ich eine schwarze Bluse und eben diesen simplen grauen Mantel hierzu kombiniert. Ich könnte es mir ebenfalls gut vorstellen diesen Look mit schwarzen Heels und einer Clutch zu kombinieren um ihn noch eleganter zu gestalten, da die Boots die ich trage eher edgy als elegant sind.  

EN | The last outfit version is also quite simple and classic build out of basic pieces. I think a stripped shirt is a basic every one has (or should have if you ask me) in their wardrobe and it is a nice and simple combination to a grey coat. You can also wear these two pieces with simple jeans for a go to everyday look. For this version I decided to go for a suede skirt to add a different texture to the whole outfit and make it a bit more classic and elegant. The black heels also give the outfit a more classic touch.

DE | Die letzte Outfit Version ist ein sehr simpler und klassischer Look, welcher fast nur aus Basis Teilen besteht. Ich glaube ein gestreiftes Oberteil ist ein Basic Oberteil was meiner Meinung nach jeder in seinem Kleiderschrank haben sollte und es lässt sich ebenfalls super zu einem grauen Mantel kombinieren. Diese zwei Kleidungsstücke kann man ebenfalls sehr gut zu einer Jeans kombinieren um einen tollen und simplen Alltagslook zu bekommen. Bei diesem Outfit habe ich mich aber für einen Wildlederrock entschieden um noch eine andere Struktur in den Look mit einfließen zu lassen. Außerdem macht der Rock das Outfit ein wenig klassischer und eleganter. Die schwarzen Heels tragen hierbei ebenfalls zu einem klassischen Look bei.
