Monthly Review – April’18

EN | Hello May, or should I say nearly June?! This monthly review is definitely later than normally but I still wanted to publish it. Better late than never right? The last week was all about the GDPR and the weeks before all about university and studying. So here we go with my little April review

DE | Hallo Mai oder sollte ich lieber sagen fast Juni?! Ein bisschen später als gewohnt gibt es heute endlich die Monthly Review von April, aber besser spät als nie oder? Die letzte Woche stand bei mir ganz im Zeichen der DSGVO und davor hat mich die Uni einfach komplett eingenommen. Aber lasst uns mit meiner kleinen April Review beginnen:
 

Where at?

EN | April was all about studying for university and also for the first time ever I drove to Berlin for the German Press Days. But I’m going to tell you more about it in a little bit. Also I’ve been sick in bed for nearly two weeks. I actually can’t remember the last time I was sick for so long. Maybe some of you already noticed it on Instagram or seen my story from the hospital. However I’m thankfully totally fine again.

DE | Im April hatte ich extrem viel für die Uni zu tun. Außerdem standen für mich das erste Mal die German Press Days in Berlin an. Dazu aber gleich im Folgenden noch mehr. Und außerdem hat es mich gesundheitlich leider auch komplett erwischt gehabt, ich lag fast zwei Wochen einfach flach. Einige von euch haben es vielleicht auf Instagram mitbekommen. Aber zum Glück bin ich wieder fit. 

German Press Days

EN | The German Press Days. First of all let me tell you that it was an amazing but really stressful day and that we don’t manage to go to every appointment we had. However it was such an amazing experience.
Our first stop was at ontime PR and if you watched my Insta story that day you already know how lovely their office is and that I fell totally in love with all the brands they work with. I think our first stop was already one of my highlights (the picture on the left and also the one on the right are taken there). Our second stop was at Handmann PR and also Carl & Friends, because they were at the same location. Afterwards we went to Soho House (also my first time there and omg totally fell in love with it as well) for Think inc. and Claudia Wünsche Communication. The picture at the middle is from there and my crush for the Superga sneakers is even bigger than it was before. Our last stop and another highlight out the day was our visit at Bold Berlin. They work with Urban Outfitters, Zalando,  Puma, Mini and Ellesse just to name a few. So you can probably tell how exciting it was to see all the new collections and talk to all the different agencies. Have you been to the German Press Days? DE | Die German Press Days. Erst einmal lasst mich euch sagen was für ein absolut toller Tag das war. Aber auch wie unglaublich stressig alles war. Leider haben wir gefühlt nur die Hälfte unserer Termine geschafft, aber trotzdem war es einfach eine unglaublich tolle Erfahrung.
Unser erster Stop war bei ontime PR und wenn ihr an dem Tag meine Insta Story gesehen habt wisst ihr ja bereits wie unglaublich cool es dort war (die Bilder links und rechts habe ich dort aufgenommen). Ich würde sogar sagen, dass ontime PR definitiv eins meiner Highlights des Tages war. Unser zweiter Stop war dann bei Hansmann PR und Carl & Friends. Dort waren wir nicht so lange wegen unserem straffen Zeitplan. Weiter ging es dann ins Soho House (übrigens war ich vorher noch nie dort und omg ich muss sagen, es ist einfach traumhaft schön dort) zu  Think inc. und Claudia Wünsche Communication. Das Bild in der Mitte ist übrigens dort gemacht und seitdem bin ich noch ein größerer Fan von Superga Sneaker als vorher! Unser letzter Stop des Tages war Bold Berlin. Übrigens meins zweites Highlight, da die Location mega niedlich war und sie einfach mit unfassbar coolen Marken zusammenarbeiten: Urban Outfitters, Zalando,  Puma, Mini and Ellesse um nur ein paar zu nennen. Ich glaube ihr hört schon raus wie unglaublich aufregend es war all die neue Kollektionen zu sehen und mit den ganzen Agenturen zu reden. Wart ihr schonmal auf den German Press Days? New In

EN | In April I finally bought the Black Denim Jacket from Topshop. This jacket was probably in my shopping basket for half a year. Either it was sold out or my bank account thought it would be bad idea to purchase it. So you can already guess how happy I was that I finally (had the money and) bought it! What did you buy last month? Maybe also something you had an eye on for quite a while?

DE | Im April habe ich mir endlich eine schwarze ausgewaschene Jeansjacke von Topshop gekauft. Little fun fact: Die Jacke lag circa ein halbes Jahr in meinem Warenkorb. Entweder war sie immer ausverkauft oder als sie dann wieder verfügbar war, war mein Bankaccount nicht ganz mit dem Kauf einverstanden. Ihr könnt euch also vorstellen wie sehr ich mich gefreut habe, dass sie endlich ihren Weg in meinen Kleiderschrank gefunden hat. Was habt ihr euch letzten Monat schönes gekauft? Vielleicht auf etwas auf das ihr schon länger ein Auge geworfen habt?
