Outfit Review 2016

 

EN | Hey Lovelies! I actually wanted to upload this post a lot earlier but my laptop died on Monday. 2016 went by so quickly and so much happend. I still can’t believe that I’ve been to New York. To the city of my dreams. So today I want to share my favorite outfits and my favorite moments of 2016 with you. So let’s go:

DE | Hallo ihr Lieben! Ich wollte diesen Post eigentlich schon viel früher hochladen, doch leider hat mein Laptop am Montag den Geist aufgegeben. Und ich musste erstmal einen zum Übergang besorgen. 2016 ist so schnell vergangen und es ist so viel passiert. Ich kann es beispielsweise immer noch nicht glauben, dass ich dieses Jahr endlich in New York war. In der Stadt von der ich schon gefühlt mein ganzes Leben lang träume. Heute möchte ich euch endlich meine Lieblingsoufit aus dem Jahr 2016 zeigen und auch ein wenig in Erinnerung schwelgen: 

January

EN | In January I’ve been to my first Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Berlin. You can’t believe how excited I was! (I’m planning everything for the upcoming Fashion Week right now and I can already tell you it’s going to be a lot more busy.) I actually just went to some side events last January but it was so much fun. I went to FashionTech Berlin, a Aftershow Get together at PopUpFashionBerlin, the HashMAG Blogger Lounge and a Michel Comte Exhibition. Also this picture shows  my first MBWFB look.

DE | Im Januar war ich das erste mal für zwei Tage auf der Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Berlin. Und ihr könnt euch nicht vorstellen wie aufgeregt ich war! (Im Moment plane ich gerade alles für die anstehende Fashion Week in paar Wochen und ich kann euch jetzt schon sagen, dass mein Zeitplan ganz schön vollgequetscht ist.) Vor einem Jahr war ich nur auf ein paar Side Events, aber ich hatte trotzdem total viel Spaß. Ich war auf der FashionTech Berlin, auf einem Aftershow Get together im PopUpFashionBerlin, der HashMAG Blogger Lounge und einer Michel Comte Ausstellung. Das Bild zeigt übrigens mein damaliges Outfit für den ersten Tag der MBFWB gewesen. 

February

EN | Febuary actually wasn’t that exciting when it comes to blogging. I literally had exams the whole month. You can find the outfit from the picutre here.

DE | Mein Februar war Blogtechnisch nicht besonders spannend, für mich standen eigentlich nur Prüfungen, Prüfungen und nochmal Prüfungen an. Ihr könnt das Outfit von dem Bild hier finden. 

March

EN | In March I finally wrote the last exams and also startet to do an internship in the marketing area. Also my Blog turned two this month and I have to say that I totally forget about it. This year there’s hopefully going to be a little special post for the 3 year anniversary of ‚Vogue et Voyage“. DE | Die letzten Prüfungen des Semesters habe ich Anfang März endlich hinter mich gebracht gehabt. Kurz darauf habe ich dann ein Praktikum im Marketingbereich begonnen. Mein Blog ist im März 2 Jahre alt geworden, was ich wegen dem ganzen Prüfungsstress und Praktikumssstress komplett verpennt hatte. Dieses Jahr wird hoffentlich wieder ein kleines Special bezüglich des dritten Geburtstages von ‚Vogue et Voyage‘ online gehen. Habt ihr hierfür Ideen? Und hättet ihr vielleicht Lust auf ein Gewinnspiel? Den komplett schwarzen Look findet ihr übrigens hier. 

April

EN | In April the weather started to be a lot better and it wasn’t that cold anymore. The time when you can finally wear a skirt without freezing everything off. This look is actually created because of this reason. You can’t believe how happy I was that I can finally wear this cute denim skirt without getting cold. Until April I’ve written all my posts just in english however I’m so happy that I decieded to start writing my post in both english and german as well. Preparing all the posts needs a bit more time since then but I’m really happy about that my blog is now available in two languages.

DE |  Im April habe ich ein Praktikum im Marketing Bereich gemacht und die Temperaturen waren endlich so warm, dass man in einem Rock rumlaufen konnte ohne sich alles abzufrieren. Dieser Look ist deshalb entstanden. Damals habe ich noch alle Blogposts ausschließlich auf englisch verfasst.  Kurz darauf habe ich beschlossen, dass es auch eigentlich ganz schön wäre die Posts ebenfalls auf deutsch zu verfassen. Die Posts brauchen jetzt zwar ein wenig länger in der Vorbereitung, aber ich bin trotzdem sehr froh darüber, dass mein Blog nun zweisprachig ist.

EN | In May I turned 21 and also colored my hair dark, really thinking about going back to the darf hair color. What do you think? Also I’ve attempted the HashMAG Blogger of the Year Award in Hamburg. The outfit actually belongs to one of my personal top 4 outfits of this year.

DE | Im Mai bin ich 21 geworden und habe mir die Haare dunkel braun getönt. Wie hat euch die Haarfarbe gefallen? Ich bin am überlegen sie mal wieder ein wenig auffrischen zu lassen! Außerdem war ich auf dem HashMAG Blogger of the Year Award in Hamburg. Das Outfit auf dem Bild für Mai gehört übrigens zu meinen persönlichen Top 4 Looks für dieses Jahr. 

June

EN | Actually quite a bit happend in June. I’ve been to London! Where we shoot this black and white outfit. The backpack on the picutre is from Kipling, that I’ve got because of a collaboration with them. Since then I collaborated twice with them this year. I’ve also been to the MBFWB in June. Where I’ve visited the Lascana Show, the FashionBloggerCafé, the HashMAG Blogger Lounge and the Hallhuber Fashion Cocktail.

DE | Der Juni war wieder relativ actionreich. Ich war in London. (Mein London Travel Diary könnt ihr hier finden!) Und das zweite Mal auf der MBFWB. Hier war ich auf dem FashionBloggerCafé, der Lascana Fashion Show, der HashMAG Blogger Lounge und dem Hallhuber Fashion Cocktail. Außerderm hatte ich meine erste Kooperation mit Kipling, mit denen ich bis jetzt schon 3 mal zusammen gearbeitet habe. Den Rucksack auf dem Bild konnte ich mir übrigens wegen der Kooperation mit Kipling ausschen. Den kompletten Outfitpost könnt ihr hier finden.

EN | The picture is from the Fashion Week in June. I actually couldn’t decide which picture I want to show you for June so I figured out to show you this one for the month of July. The Outfit is one of my MBFWB looks and you can find it here. I’ve been to the FashionBloggerCafé shoediton and  GDS shoe and accessory exhibition in July.

DE |  Das Bild ist von der Fashion Week im Juni, da ich euch für Juni, aber unbedingt ein Bild aus London zeigen wollte, gibt es das FW Bild für Juli. Bei dem Outfit auf dem Bild handelt es sich um eins meiner Fashion Week Looks und ihr könnt es hier finden. Im Juli bin ich nach Düsseldorf zum FashionBloggerCafé shoediton gefahren und war auf der GDS shoe and accessory Messe.

EN | One of my biggest dreams came true this month! I’ve been to New York City for the first time!!! It still feels like a dream that I’ve been there. It’s definitly one of the most inspiring city’s in the whole world. I came back so inspired and also become a bit more self cofindent when it comes to fashion. In New York nobody gives you weird looks no matter what you’re wearing. I’ve actually never been to such an inspiring place before (when it comes to involving my personal style). If you haven’t watched my NYC vlog yet you can check it out here. I’ve also written a post about all my favorite places when it comes to food, shopping and places in general. Of course London and Paris are inspiring city’s as well but not the same as NYC. This outfit is probably my favorite outfit I’ve ever worn.

DE | Einer meiner größten Träume ist in diesem Monat wahr geworden. Ich war das erste Mal in New York City!!! Es kommt mir immer noch so unwirklich vor, dass ich wirklich dort war. Und ich kann euch sagen, New York ist wirklich so eine inspirierende Stadt! Ich bin so inspiriert und auch ein wenig selbstbewusster (wenn es um Mode geht) zurück gekommen. In New York guckt euch wirklich niemand merkwürdig an, egal was ihr tragt! Und ich muss sagen, dass mich noch nie ein Ort jemals so sehr bezüglich meines persönlichen Styles inspiriert hat wie NYC. Wenn ihr mein  Follow Me Around zu der Reise noch nicht gesehen habt, könnt ihr es euch hier angucken. Ich habe außerdem einen Post bzw. ein Travel Diary über meine Lieblingsorte, -Restaurants und Shopping Läden geschrieben. Natürlich sind London und Paris auch sehr inspirierende Orte, aber meiner Meinung nach nicht mit NYC vergleichbar. Dieses Outfit ist übrigens wahrscheinlich meine absolutes Lieblingsoutfit, was ich jemals getragen habe.

EN | In October I startet to take pictures together with Mandy from Mandy K. Fotografie for the blog. You can see two of the results in this post as well (pictures from November and December). I’m actually quite happy with the pictures of this look as well.

DE | Im Oktober habe ich das erste Mal mit Mandy von Mandy K. Fotografie Fotos gemacht. Zwei Resultate seht ihr in diesem Post bei November und Dezember. Mit den Bildern von diesem Outfit, die übrigens meine Mum fotografiert hat, bin ich auch sehr zufrieden.

EN | This was the second outfit I shoot together with Mandy from Mandy K. Fotografie. You can’t believe how amazing it is for me to shoot with a professional photographer for my blog. She just have such a different view and great ideas. Actually I think that’s why I’m always really happy with the results.

DE | Dies war das zweite Outfit, welches ich mit Mandy von Mandy K. Fotografie fotografiert habe. Ihr könnt euch gar nicht vorstellen wie schön es ist ab und zu mit einer echten Fotografin Bilder für den Blog zu machen. Sie hat einfach einen komplett anderen Blick auf die Dinge und die Bilder werden wirklich immer der Hammer!

EN | This is not only the last outfit on the blog in 2016 but it’s also one of my top 4 looks for this year. (My 3 other favs are from May,  August and September.) What’s your favorite outfit of 2016?
All in all I have to say that 2016 was an amazing year with ups and defintily some downs. But I personally would not want to change a single thing. I also think that my style envolved a lot. My style definitly become more edgy and casual. And I also think a bit more grown up.

DE | Dies ist nicht nur das letzte Outfit auf dem Blog von 2016, sondern auch eins meiner Top 4 Favoriten (Mai, August und September zeigen meine anderen Lieblingslooks aus diesem Jahr). Was sind eure Lieblingsoutfits von mir aus dem Jahr 2016?
Alles in allem war 2016 ein tolles Jahr mit Höhen und auf jeden Fall auch ein Paar Tiefen. Trotzdem würde ich absolut nichts daran ändern. Ich finde außerdem, dass sich mein persönlicher Style wieder ganz schön weiter entwickelt hat. Mein Style ist meiner Meinung nach lässiger und ein weniger mehr Edgy geworden. Und vielleicht sogar ein bisschen erwachsender.
