And why you should wear a waist belt now
EN | One of the biggest trends this spring season is probably wearing a waist belt. You can belt your jacket, your blazer or you can wear a belt over a dress, a blouse, whatever you can imagine. But i guess it became clear that a waist belt became quite a big think. One big plus of this trend is that you waist becomes the center of the whole outfit and looks slimmer (yes that’s kind of obvious but it’s still a big pro)!
So as you can guess I tried the waist belt trend in this look. I simply belt my glen check blazer and combined it with a simple pair of mom jeans. Because I’m actually living in them right now and it also adds a casual touch to a chic blazer. How do you like this look and what do you think about the waist belt trend in general?

DE | Einer der größten Trends diese Saison sind vermutlich Taillengürtel. Man trägt sie zur Zeit über Jacken, Blazer oder in Kombination mit Kleidern, Blusen, und natürlich noch einer Menge anderer Kleidungsstücke. Aber ich denke es sollte klar geworden sein, dass der Taillengürtel momentan eine relativ große Bedeutung in der Modeszene besitzt. Ein großer Pluspunkt des Trends ist meiner Meinung nach, dass die Taille und somit auch die weibliche Figur betont wird (ja dieser Punkt ist eigentlich mega offensichtlich, aber dennoch ein Pro Punkt)!
Wie ihr euch denken könnt habe ich in diesem Outfit den Trend direkt umgesetzt. Hierfür habe ich einfach einen Gürtel über meinen Glen check Blazer gebunden und mit einer lässigen Mom Jeans kombiniert. Durch die Mom Jeans bekommt der eher schickere Look einen lässigeren Touch und außerdem lebe ich momentan in dieser Hose. Wie gefällt euch das Outfit und was haltet ihr von der Taillengürtel-Trend?

This is something that a lot will wear I am pretty sure. I love that your waist and the belt is the center of attraction. It is a trend that will make noises.
